H.E. Dr. Soliman Abdulaziz Al Solaim is a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Co. He graduated from Cairo University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. He was awarded an MA from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, United States, and a PhD in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland, United States.
Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Al Solaim began his career as Director of Foreign Relations and Conferences at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. He was appointed Assistant Director General to the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI). He joined the teaching staff at the University of Riyadh a year after graduation. He was nominated Deputy Minister of Commerce in 1975 and later that same year was appointed as Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. After an outstanding 20-year tenure, he was selected for the post of Minister of Finance and National Economy. He soon left that post for personal reasons. He also was the chairman of Samba Financial Group (formerly Saudi American Bank).

Khaled Suliman Olayan is a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Co. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Olayan Group, an international group with diverse commercial, manufacturing, services and investment activities. He is also chairman of the two major companies of the Olayan Group operating in Saudi Arabia: Olayan Finance Company and Olayan Saudi Holding Company, and chairman of SABB Bank.

Abdalluh Saleh Jum'ah is a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Co. He began his professional career at Saudi Aramco in 1968 and was promoted steadily until he became President and CEO of Saudi Aramco on August 4, 1995.
He has led the expansion process of the enormous oil and gas producing operation and continually upgraded the company until it achieved top ranking among globally-integrated oil and gas companies. Under his leadership, the company has also followed a strategy that continues to maintain its position as the world's number one supplier of energy. While serving as President of Saudi Aramco and until his retirement in December 31, 2008, Abdullah Jum'ah was a member of the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco. He was recently appointed as Chairman of the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB). He also serves as a Director of the Saudi Arabian Supreme Council of Petroleum and Mineral Affairs.
